When visiting Pisa, I made a short portrait of Daniela Petraglia who runs a family restaurant called „La Pergoletta.“ Daniela learned the art of cooking from her „Mama“ and her „Nonna“ who passed traditional family recipes on to her. Daniela shows how to prepare Pisa-Style Spaghetti and she reveals where she buys her handmade Spaghetti. I swear: they are delicious.
